Kosher Grab and Go cold deli lunch meat, tuna and egg salad sandwiches are available at Grab and go. Students can make their own sandwiches with Kosher Deli items. Students may also order Kosher Grab and Go sandwiches in advance utilizing the on-line form on our homepage

Both vegan and vegetarian entrées are available in all dining halls. Tofu, tempeh, nuts and seeds, legumes, and whole grains, as well as a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables are always on hand. Specialty products, including a variety of dairy alternatives, can be found in small coolers in each dining hall. Most food that is vegetarian or vegan is marked as such. If you have questions regarding ingredients in food, please ask staff or call the Executive Chef at x2050. Gluten-Free Meals and Soy-Free Vegan Meals
If you have celiac disease, please contact the college dietitian, Maria Cruz, in the Thompson Health Center or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to maintain communication with you throughout the year to understand your specific needs and monitor how things are going for you.
You may order gluten-free and soy-free vegan meals in Mission Park and Driscoll Dining Halls. Each meal includes a fresh or frozen entree (microwave ovens are right on hand), fresh vegetable, and a starch.
Deadlines are 8 am for lunch and 12 noon for dinner. If you miss the deadline, plan on an additional wait while we prepare your meal. You may also place meal orders several days ahead — but please keep track of your orders!
We strive to have all items available, but occasionally a product listed is not available due to a delivery problem. Please be sure we have a contact number to reach you so we can confirm a substitute.
When you arrive at the dining hall, please alert the checker who will let the kitchen staff know you are here.
