Ordering
Festive cakes and cookies are adaptable for any event, occasion, or theme. “Congratulations”, “thank you”, “celebration” and “thinking of you” gifts are available.
Orders are available for students and departments and must be placed at least 4 business days before the desired pickup date.
You can pay with cash, charge it to your term bill, or call 413-597-2121 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 pm. and give your credit card number
Cakes and cookies are available Monday through Friday when classes are in session, during Winter Study, and during the summer.
Cost
Cakes are priced at $20.00 for a 9-inch round cake (serves 10-12) and $27.00 for a single layer half sheet cake (serves up to 24).
Cake–Single layer full sheet (chocolate, yellow, or marble), frosted and decorated. $55.00
Cake–Double layer half sheet (chocolate, yellow, or marble), frosted and decorated. $55.00
Cake–Double layer full sheet (chocolate, yellow, or marble), frosted and decorated $110.00
Cookies are $12.00 per dozen.
Pickup
Baked goods can be picked up at the Whitmans’ Servery in the Paresky Center after calling 413/597-4733 to arrange a specific time, pick up is Monday through Friday between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
If the order has not been picked up by the next day, recipients will be called and reminded.
Our cakes and cookies stay fresh for several days. However, if not picked up within three days, they will be discarded.
