Bar Packages

Our per person charges may vary depending on menu selections, staffing, and other elements on catered events. The Catering Office is available to help you on the details for your event and can provide an estimated cost.

  • Full Bar includes: beer, wine, house liquors, juice, and soft drinks

    For any open bars, the wine will be our house wine J. Lohr and will include Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.

    Beer will include BBC, Heineken, and Sam Adams.

    Liquor will be house.

    Specialty Wines added to the bar in place of the house wines will be charged as a lump sum fee of the difference in cost of the selected wine over the house wine. The same will apply to substitute beer selections. 

  • Limited Bar includes: beer, wine, and soft drinks

    First Hour

    $9.00/per person

    Minimum bar service pricing is 1 hour

    Second Hour + $6.00/per person
    Third Hour + $5.00/per person
    Fourth Hour + $5.00/per person
    Fifth Hour

    $30.00/per person

    Maximum charge and maximum length of bar service

    Event Fee

    Minimum charge of $48.00 for a 1 hour bar.

    An additional charge of $16.00/per hour per bartender will be added for each additional hour of bar service.

    The minimum event fee of $48 includes set-up, service, and clean-up.

    Guest Count: 75 people or less require 1 bartender
    Guest Count:  76-150 people = 2 bartenders
    Guest Count: 156-225 people = 3 bartenders
    Guest Count: over 225 people = 4 bartenders or more based on event details
    Bar service inside the Faculty House includes all glassware
    Bar service outside of the Faculty House includes biodegradable cups
    Glassware

    Glassware for event outside of the Faculty House can be added on to your event.

    When planning your event, please request for a quote.

  • Please contact the Catering Office to discuss a cash bar. We can offer those inside the Faculty House.

    If you are looking to host a cash bar event outside of the Faculty House, this requires 45 days in advance planning to obtain a special one-day license for a cash bar.

When placing your order with our event planners, please inform them of any allergies and/or dietary restrictions. 

PLEASE NOTE: A 7% Massachusetts sales tax will be added to all catering orders placed by external groups, including summer conference programs.
