Good Nutrition & Special Diets

healthy foodNutritional Services and Information

Nutritional and dietary services are available to students who need assistance with diet or health concerns, or who are interested in learning more about nutrition and its relationship to wellness.

Students requiring special diets may meet with the campus nutritionist to coordinate special meals with Dining Services’ professional cooking staff.

  • Net Nutrition is an interactive tool that lets you view Williams menus and compare selections to plan a balanced diet and screen for allergens.

  • Each year, millions of Americans have allergic reactions to food. Although most food allergies cause relatively mild and minor symptoms, some food allergies can cause severe reactions, and may even be life-threatening. There is no cure for food allergies. Strict avoidance of food allergens — and early recognition and management of allergic reactions to food — are important measures to prevent serious health consequences.

    Let Dining Services Know!

Before dining with us, please inform the checker at the checking station if you or a person in your food party has a food allergy. Our goal is to provide students with the tools they need to be active in the management of their food allergy or food-related medical conditions within the dining locations in ways that provide a safe and supportive transition into college life. A Dining services nutritionist is available to support students in obtaining safe and nutritious meals. If you have a food allergy, please let us know by completing this Food Allergy Advisory Form.  Our nutritionist will then reach out to set a meeting to help you manage your food allergies to meet your student dining needs across campus. Dining Hall Awareness:
